Waterproofing to existing tanks (Including Reinforced Concrete Tanks; Flanged Panel Tanks; Welded Steel Tanks; and Bolted Steel Tanks).

Over time tanks may be eroded by weather (expansion during hot days and contraction during cold days), in which the expansion and contraction may damage poor quality sealants. Leakages may occur. Some of the leakages (especially in concrete tanks) might not be traceable to the origins of the cracks. This is due to water seeps through capilaries in concrete.
Besides that, flanged panel tanks usually leak at the connection areas, where gaskets are no longer able to fill the gaps between the panels.

On the other hand improper torque of bolts and nuts (either too much or too less) may cause leakages too. Too less of torque causes poor bonding strength between the joints where liquid could pass through the joints; too much torque in bolts and nuts will damage the edges of the plates and causes corrosion, ultimately leads to leakages.

We offer various waterproofing solutions including applying high quality sealants (that is chemical resistant, especially for wastewater) and drinking water grade sealants (NSF-61 approved). At the same time we are specialised in waterproofing. We also provide lining systems that consist of epoxies, polyurethanes, polyureas, bituminous membranes etc as waterproofing solutions for tank leakages.
